Dim Sum

An unusual, refined cuisine, a mix of scents, sensations, flavors designed to surprise and delight even the most difficult palates.

Each country has its own traditions, not only typical dishes but also different habits. Dimsum is the term used in the south of China to indicate a meal, in particular that of Sunday or special holidays, consisting of small portions of dishes with meat, fish or vegetables, but also desserts or fruits.

Here you can try different types of delicious ravioli, from the most traditional with meat or fish, to the most particular with truffles or “lardellati” in which you feel a strong influence of Tuscan cuisine, but the menu also hides other surprises, a wide choice of appetizers and main courses and especially the very special noodles, in broth or sautéed with seasonings of meat, fish or vegetables to satisfy all palates.

We will welcome you with a cup of tea, which in addition to welcoming you will allow you to try this particular combination with our dishes. 

You can then decide whether to continue your meal by choosing and sipping a tea from our selection or opt for one of our selected labels.

For a different lunch or to propose at home an evening in perfect dimsum style, you can order our dishes ready to take away or buy noodles and ravioli still to cook to experiment and create your own recipes.

Tea Room

Tea in the east is often used to accompany main meals.

Each type of tea must be served at the right temperature and with the right infusion times and this is how you will try dimsum.
Tea is the most consumed hot drink in the world not only for its thirst-quenching properties but especially for its being an adequate companion at all times of the day, in addition to the main meals, Tea is perfect to enjoy moments of sharing with friends or to welcome guests.
